Interplay Research
Interplay is an instructional entertainment design framework developed by Dr. Astusi Hirumi
and Christopher Stapleton, pioneers in the area of “serious play,” “games for good,” and
“affective learning through story.”
The InterPLAY of story, play and games is critical in engaging the hearts, heads and hands of any generation or culture of participant. It is especially critical in creating memorable and repeatable experiences for learning, training or marketing. The use of grounded experiential learning theories and brain research, provide important foundations to create a measurable, transformative experience in human performance.
